Batches & Courses

  1. When do the batches begin?
    The start date of every batch will be mentioned on the website against their courses.
     

  2. What should I do after my enrollment is confirmed?
    You should spend time setting up your LMS profile and going through the curriculum. You should  also spend time brushing up your Python skills as they are a pre-requisite for the AIML courses.
     

  3. Can I enroll after the batch has started?
    Yes, you may enroll after a batch has started. However you will lose the learning from the previous sessions you missed before joining, but the video recordings will be availabe.
     

  4. What are the course durations?
    The estimated course durations are mentioned against each course detail in the Brochure. The duration is an estimate because Learning process cannot be quantified and every student has their own pace to learn and understand any item. Hence buffer time is kept for students to catch-up with their assignments and submissions. 
     

  5. Can I attend future batches after enrolling for a course?
    Yes, you are entitled to sit for the same course you have paid for, at any time in the future.
     

  6. How am I assessed during the Course?
    The assessment is an ongoing process. Each assignment is gradable with a higher weightage to the Module assessments and Capstone projects. 
     

  7. Do I have a guarantee of placement/job?
    We will assist in getting you ready for your interviews through drills and mock sessions and further assist in building your ML-fronted resume and circulate them in the market for maximum visibility. This is an addon service and can be availed during enrollment into any course.
     

  8. Can I change my batch mid-course?
    Yes, after your enrollment, you may change your batch date as per your availability to another batch in the future without any charge. However, this may induce loss of learning due to possibilities of different timings and curriculum flows.
     

  9. How are the grades computed?
    Every assignment is gradable and the assessment metrics are in percentage of the overall average. The assignments are graded on successful execution, satisfactory output, code readability, timely submissions and innovative approaches taken.
     

  10. What computer equipment will I need for AIML courses?
    A mid-end computer is required for self-paced learning and attempting the assignments and hands-on practice material. The instructor-led training will happen on the cloud with sufficient computing power. However you will need a good internet connection of at least 4 Mbps for an uninterrupted session.
     

  11. Where can I access my course material?
    Your course material will be provided to you in the LMS. The LMS login info will be provided upon your enrollment.
     

  12. What happens if my internet connection is lost during an instructor led session?
    All our sessions will be recorded. In case you missed out any training, you can review the recordings that will be made available to you.
     

  13. Is Attendance compulsory for the programs?
    Yes, under the NAU instructor-led programs, you will be required to have at least 50% attendance to be eligible for your certification and 75% for your Diploma course.
     

  14. Can I use my phone to attend the online courses?
    Our online courses are not curently available via Android or Os mobile platforms, they will be made available soon. 
     

  15. Can I continue without submitting my assignments and tests?
    Yes, you can continue without submitting assignments or test, but they are liable to effect your grades significantly. However, NAU certification and diplomas cannot be granted without taking the module assessments and capstone projects.

Payments & Billings

  1. How are payments accepted?
    Payment are done online via our website or through an email link or QR code through UPI. You will be required to login and navigate to the Enrollment Form.
     

  2. Do you accept payments through UPI like PayTM, PhonePe or GPay?
    Yes, other than direct bank transfers methods like NEFT, RTGS, we also accept UPI payments like GPay, PhonePe, Pay U etc.
     

  3. What are the payment schedules for the courses I undertake?
    All Bootcamp courses have to be paid in full at the time of enrolment. However, for our AIML & GenAI Diploma course, there are instalments available. You can download the Brochure for more information on instalment scheme.
     

  4. Are my payments refundable?
    Please go through our refund policy.
     

  5. Can I quit my course in the middle?
    You may quit your course at will. However, no refunds will be made for quitting the course midway. 
     

  6. What if my payment gets delayed?
    You are required to furnish payments within 7 days of multi-modular course and on or before the first day of the course for bootcamp courses. In case of delayed payments, a grace period of 7 days will be made available.  The access to the courses will be resumed upon receipt of full payment or the instalment scheduled thereof.
