REFUND POLICY

 

REFUNDS

1. You are eligible for a refund if you are unhappy with the course proceeding and wish to opt out of our program within 7 days of enrolment.  The refund window lasts for 7 days after enrolment into our courses. If 7 days have gone by since your enrolment, we can’t offer you a refund..
    

2. However, after enrolment into any of the NAU diploma/certification courses, a cancellation fee of USD 120 will be deducted from the refund amount.
    

3. In case of instalments, 3% of the amount will be deducted as cancellation fee if a refund request is initiated within 7 days.
    

4. There will be no refunds if you abandon any course midway, and under the NAU diploma/certification program have attendances below the minimums.
    

5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a screenshot of the initial payment made during enrolment.
    

6. In case of change of course or transfer of batch involving different fees, the fee will be adjusted for the new course or batch and the outstanding amount will be refunded in full.
    

7. Refund process can take upto 5-8 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    

2. Then contact your credit card company or your bank as the case may be. It may take some time before your refund is reflected.
    

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@codegrads.com.​

CERTIFICATE SHIPPING

​

1. Domestic Shipping of your original certificate/diploma for the first time will be done by CodeGrads. A shipping fee will be charged for all international shipments. 
    

2. Please ensure that your registered postal address is accurate and up to date, as it will be used to ship your earned certificates and diploma.
    

3. You are responsible for providing the correct address. If our delivery partner is unable to complete the shipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional shipping fee will apply for the subsequent deliveries.
   ​

4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your Certificate/Diploma for the second time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    

5. Depending on the region, your shipment can take between 3-15 days.
